Friday evening saw me drive up to Bristol for a even of flint knapping. What a great time watching and learning about how to make flint into tools. Karl Lee was the man and it was informative and well presented. We all got the chance to have a go, the task was to make hide scrapers which was so much fun. He then went on to show how to turn a waste piece of flint into an arrow head.
